Fleming Valve & Radioson RadioDetector
Fleming Valve & Radioson Electrolytic Detector Radio made primarily with Electro Importing Parts. Don't know when it was made but is probably from the early teens. The operator could switch between a Fleming Valve (tube) and an Electro Importing Radioson electrolytic detector. The vertical glass tube on the left is the Radioson detector . Inside the case are two original batteries that operate the buzzer which is inside as well. When I acquired this set it was missing the fleming valve and the glass part of the electrolytic detector. The case and all the parts were covered with an 1/8- 3/16 inch of a greasy dust. It took a lot of cleaning but the dusty covering preserved a remarkedly nice finish on the case and all of the components.
