| BTH Radiola 1 Crystal & Valve Radio | The BTH Radiola 1, Type VC, Form B receiver is a British crystal-valve set. It was first released in 1923. The operator can switch between a tube and a crystal detector. The BTH Crystal / Valve Receiver Type VC employs a reflex circuit (2 tuned circuits), not just a simple set with choice of crystal or valve detection. It features simultaneous RF and AF amplification, as written in the instruction sheet inside the lid. The Post Office designation for this set is 0373. A type B5 tube was used and was located inside the set. |
