Marconi D Radio Valve
Marconi D Valve. It is an early triode from 1914 or 1915. There were gettered and ungettered D valves and the white stuff inside the tube is some unknown getter. It is my assumption that the gettered D valves came before the ungettered ones. It is not a very common tube since it was rarely used in radios.
