The Western Electric 2A radio receiver, not to be confused with the Western Electric 2A tuning unit, was first introduced in 1921. Most of the Western Electric receivers of this era used the tiny 215A tube. The 2A Receiver uses three 203B tubes little used in receivers of that time period. Below are a few pictures of this unusual set.
